In Mac OS X, you can add tags to your documents to help you find them easily through Spotlight. To do add tags, you have to find your document in the Finder, then select the items, then control-click the items and select "Get Info", then enter your tags into the Spotlight Comment field, then close the "Get Info" windows. With Sweetpea Tags, you can add tags directly from the application in which you are working. Just save the file, invoke Sweetpea Tags, and enter your tags. That's it!
